Richard Edward Kelly Jr., 30, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving, causing an accident involving an unattended vehicle and failing to immediately notify police of an accident, filed Sept. 9.
Jonathan Taylor Ford, 43, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, having an open alcohol container in the vehicle and not wearing a seat belt, filed Oct. 26.
Travis Ray Duttinee, 20, of East Brady waived to court charges of burglary, criminal trespass, criminal conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking or disposition and criminal mischief, filed Dec. 2 and 3.
Angela Lascuola, 33, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, theft by deception and receiving stolen property, filed Dec. 20.
