Schlagel, 35, of Butler was charged with retail theft after she allegedly stole a set of head lamps from the Auto Zone Store on New Castle Road.6:05 p.m. March 4 — Michael Roman, 36, of Chicora was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and providing false ID to law enforcement after police investigated a report of two men wandering through the Wal-Mart parking lot at Butler Commons, peering into vehicle windows.

State Police, Mercer3 p.m. March 9 — Someone stole about nine bottles of prescription medication, belonging to Tracy and Robert Rossi of Grove City, from an unlocked vehicle parked in the Wal-Mart parking lot in Pine Township between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. March 9.

State Police, Kittanning11:08 p.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Tamara J. Hart, 47, of Butler and a pickup truck driven by Scott D. LeClair, 31, of Tarentum collided on Route 28 in Tarentum.
