State Police, Butler1 p.m. Thursday — Kenney Joe Roy, 58, of Butler was charged with manufacturing, delivering or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and use and possession of drug paraphernalia after the state police vice unit executed a search warrant at Roy’s home at 236 E. Locust St. Along with marijuana, police found the drug Ecstasy during the search. Roy was placed in Butler County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bond.Tuesday — Scott Lumley of East Butler reported someone painted the words “horsy” in white paint and “big papa” in green paint on his garage door at 1006 Broadway St. between Jan 12 to 15.

State Police, Mercer11:59 a.m. Friday — Someone burglarized a house on Springfield Church Road, Findley Township, Mercer County, and stole items belonging to Clifford Zuschlag of Grove City between 2 p.m. Jan. 10 and 11:59 a.m. Friday. Anyone with information should call police at 724-662-6162.
