Heather Cousins, 24, of Freeport was held for court on a retail theft charge, filed May 2 by Butler Township police.

Deana Ann Fair, 35, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and criminal trespass, filed May 10 by Butler Township police.

Thrissa A. Fair, 34, of Butler was held for court on charges of retail theft and use-possession of drug paraphernalia, filed May 9 by Butler Township police.

Justin E. McKivigan, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence-general impairment, driving under the influence-drugs, driving under the influence-combination of drugs and alcohol and careless driving, filed May 10 by Butler Township police.

David J. Montgomery, 52, of New Kensington was held for court on charges of driving under the influence-controlled substance or combination, possession of controlled substance and driving while suspended, filed May 8 by Butler Township police.

Sharon Nicoll, 30, of Ellwood City waived to court charges of driving under the influence, unauthorized use of automobile, false reports to law enforcement, criminal mischief and false identification to law enforcement, filed June 3 by Butler Township police.

Amanda Rivers, 20, of Lyndora was held for court on charges of burglary, criminal conspiracy, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and corruption of minors, filed April 18 by Butler Township police.

Thaddeus J. Rosenbauer, 22, of Lyndora waived to court charges of driving under the influence-general impairment, driving under the influence-highest rate of alcohol and flashing signals, filed May 7 by Butler Township police.

Robert W. Ruley, 38, of Butler was held for court on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and criminal mischief, filed May 21 by Butler Township police.
