EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Russell E. Willis Jr., 56, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 22, 2006, by the Zelienople police with retail theft.

Robert William Pegher, 47, of Evans City had his case held to court. He was charged Jan. 3 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to obey duties at a stop sign.

Edward C. Pittman, 23, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged March 30 by the Jackson Township police with criminal trespass, criminal mischief and public drunkenness.

James B. McKernan, 28, of Mars has his case held to court. He was charged Feb. 20 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and accident involving damage to unattended property or vehicle.

Jeremy W. Dunn, 27, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged March 21 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Marc D. Pivni, 46, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 5 by the Cranberry Township police with attempted burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, possessing an instrument of crime and loitering and prowling at nighttime and three counts each of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, burglary and criminal mischief.Shawn A. Lyskowka, 36, of New Castle waived his case to court. He was charged March 7 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and disregard of traffic lane.Richard W. Hartman, 49, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 19, 2006, by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, failure to keep right and failing to drive at safe speeds.Taylor Knoebel, 30, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged March 7 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of a controlled substance, careless driving and failure to keep right.

SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:Dennis P. Blackburn Jr., 37, of Valencia was held for court on charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license and careless driving, filed March 15 by Middlesex Township police.Nicholas R. Fennick, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving with suspended registration and no insurance, a lane violation, careless driving and an open container violation, filed March 14 by state police.William J. Kane, 53, of Sarver was held for court on charges of DUI, driving too fast for conditions, driving without insurance, careless driving, abandoning a vehicle and failing to immediately notify police of an accident, filed Jan. 3 by state police.Donald S. Kuntz, 47, of Sarver waived to court charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment, filed Feb. 2 by state police.Jeffrey J. McCullough, 39, of Graysville, Greene County, pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed Oct. 13 by Buffalo Township police. He was ordered to pay $600.35 in restitution, fines and court costs.Ryan A. Neely, 22, of St. Petersburg, Clarion County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, careless driving and a traffic light violation, filed March 6 by Buffalo Township police.Preston A. Roach, 23, of Butler was held for court on charges of aggravated indecent assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and corruption of minors, filed Feb. 26 by Middlesex Township police.Dennis K. Rosenberger, 19, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, driving without a license, underage drinking and a lane violation, filed March 6 by Buffalo Township police.Constance Thompson, 44, of Sarver pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Feb. 26 by Saxonburg police. She was ordered to pay $359.20 in fines and court costs.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Kent D. Daugherty, 28, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Dec. 28.Derek R. Davenport III, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of access device fraud, filed March 20. He was ordered to pay $1,128.62 in restitution, fines and court costs.Joshua S. Hall, 24, of Fenelton waived to court charges of being a habitual offender for driving without a license, driving with a suspended license, driving too fast for conditions, accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle, failure to notify police of an accident, an open container violation, and not wearing a seat belt, filed Sept. 25.Jerald R. Jewart, 20, of Chicora waived to court two counts each of theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief, filed Dec. 4.Layne D. Kriebel, 20, of Parker waived to court charges of DUI, driving too fast for conditions, a lighting violation, and minors prohibited from driving with alcohol in their system,filed March 8.Garner M. Mitchell, 39, of Kennderdell, Venango County, waived to court a charge of unsworn falsification to authorities, filed March 6.Joseph M. Self, 31, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and not using low beams, filed March 8.Derek J. Souzer, 22, of Clarion waived to court a charge of DUI, filed March 14.Korie J. Thompson, 34, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of theft, filed March 14. Thompson was ordered to pay $324 in restitution, fines and court costs.
