Douglas Balliet, 41, of Cabot was held for court on charges of DUI, careless driving and driving without headlights, filed Sept. 18 by state police.

James Bedillion, 33, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence and a stop sign violation, filed Nov. 28 by Saxonburg police.

Jennifer Boris, 33, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Nov. 9 by state police.

Ryan Deemer, 21, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI and resisting arrest, filed Dec. 24 by MiddlesexTownship police.

Matthew Gibson, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed July 17 by Middlesex Township police.

Herbert Sleigher, 29, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, careless driving, reckless driving, accidents involving damage to unattended property and a stop sign violation, filed Nov. 10 by state police.
