James Bedillion, 33, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence and a stop sign violation, filed Nov. 28 by Saxonburg police.
Jennifer Boris, 33, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Nov. 9 by state police.
Ryan Deemer, 21, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI and resisting arrest, filed Dec. 24 by MiddlesexTownship police.
Matthew Gibson, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed July 17 by Middlesex Township police.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Henry T. McEndree III, 51, of Indianapolis waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 11 by the Evans City police with conspiracy to commit burglary, burglary, three counts of theft by unlawful taking and two counts each of forgery and receiving stolen property.Dale Nichols, 45, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 2 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of combined alcohol and drugs and failing to drive at safe speeds.James Heyward Turner, Jr., 45, of Evans City waived his case to court.
