1:54 a.m. Saturday — Police reported that 21 vehicles throughout the city were shelled with eggs. Anyone with information about the vandalism is asked to call police at 724-287-7743.Butler Twp Police3:41 p.m. Monday — Cars driven by Rebecca Cherish, 23, of Ford City, Armstrong County, and Richard Potochny, 68, of Madison, Ind., collided in the traffic way of Butler Commons between Wal-Mart and New Castle Road. Cherish's vehicle after the collision struck a car driven by Patty Shimp, 66, of Butler.

1:50 a.m. Tuesday — Frank Gurowski III, 20, of Ormond, Fla., was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 108 in Slippery Rock Township.6:30 p.m. Monday — A purse was stolen from a car at the Clearview Mall parking lot in front of Texas Roadhouse in Center Township. The unknown thief between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. broke a window to get into the Butler woman's vehicle. The purse contained an Apple iPod nano and digital camera.9 a.m. Monday — Cars driven by Merriel M. Williams, 73, and Diane L. Coene, 46, both of Karns City collided at Route 68 and West Slippery Rock Street in Chicora. Coene suffered a minor injury. Police said Williams was cited for failing to yield the right of way.Monday — An unknown burglar stole an unspecified amount of money after using an open window to break into VicNor Farms on Harmony Street in Forward Township. The burglary occurred between 1 p.m. Friday and 6:45 a.m. Monday.Monday — A 2001 John Deere 250 skid steer loader was stolen between 3:30 p.m. Friday and 6 a.m. Monday from a construction site near routes 422 and 488 in Franklin Township. Florida-based DecoCon owns the vehicle that is yellow with black lettering.Sunday — Someone between 12:01 and 3 a.m. passed counterfeit money at the Eat 'n Park restaurant in Clearview Mall, Center Township. A police report provided no other details.1:20 a.m. Thursday — Michelle Renea Corbett, 31, of Karns City was arrested after allegedly crawling through the front window of a couple's home on Hooker Road in Concord Township.The homeowners told police that Corbett claimed she was assaulted by an unknown man and needed help, according to court documents. Police, however, believe the woman was driving drunk moments before breaking out a window at the couple's two-story house.Corbett was arraigned on charges of trespass, driving under the influence, public drunkenness, driving with a suspended license and careless driving. Following arraignment, she was placed in the Butler County Prison on $2,500 bail.

Sunday — A Butler woman's purse and an East Butler man's wallet were stolen from a vehicle parked at the state Fish and Boat Commission's boat launch along Seybertown Road in Bradys Bend Township. The unknown thief between 2 and 6:30 p.m. broke out a window to get into the locked vehicle1:20 a.m. Saturday — Tyrone Joseph Harvey, 32, of Ford City was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence at Route 422 and Mushroom Farm Road in West Franklin Township.State Police, Mercer12:06 p.m. Tuesday — Daniel D. Dick, 48, of Grove City was hurt when the pickup truck he was driving struck a tree along Center Church Road near Route 208 in Pine Township. Dick was taken to Grove City Medical Center with moderate injuries. Police suspect the crash happened after Dick suffered an unknown medical emergency.
