SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
Megan Alt, 39, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed Sept. 25 by Buffalo Township police. She was ordered to pay $285.08 in restitution, fines and court costs.
Joseph Ferrara, 23, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, displaying a foreign license during suspension and speeding filed Oct. 23 by Saxonburg police.
William Fitch, 27, of Johnsonburg, Elk County, waived to court charges of conspiracy and possession of a controlled substance, filed July 5 by state police.
Jacqueline Goldinger, 29, of Fenelton, 29, pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed Oct. 24 by Buffalo Township police. She was ordered to pay $194.30 in restitution and court costs.
Brandi Maliniski, 26, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, filed Nov. 16 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.
Scott McClain, 51, of Toronto, Ohio, waived to court charges of DUI, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, careless driving and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 3 by Saxonburg police
Michael Olson, 26, of Renfrew pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 22 by Penn Township police. He was ordered to pay $288.50 in fines and court costs.
Daniel Patterson, 49, of Cabot waived to court charges of DUI, driving without working rear light and an open container violation, filed Oct. 12 by Buffalo Township police.
Donald Spearline, 64, of Valencia waived to court charges of driving under the influence, speeding and a lane violation, filed Sept. 11 by state police.
Anthony Thompson, 25, of Cabot pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed Sept. 25 by Buffalo Township police. He was ordered to pay $544.73 in restitution, fines and court costs.
Sonja Winters, 35, of Saxonburg was held for court on a charge of bad checks, filed Sept. 25 by Buffalo Township police.
Gregory Wynkoop, 22, of Kittanning waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, failure to immediately notify police of an accident, not wearing a seat belt and driving with worn tires, filed Oct. 2 by state police.

He was charged Aug. 25 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to obey turning movements and required signals and disregard of traffic lane.Randolph C. Maynard, 47, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 20 by Adams Township police with simple assault and harassment.Deborah Ann Seitz, 44, of Valencia had her case held to court. She was charged Sept. 25 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Shannon Eileen Rogers, 30, of Harmony waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 29 by the Zelienople police with simple assault.Seth Brandon Jelic, 26, of Seven Fields had his case held to court. He was charged June 27 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper use of a learner's permit for a motorcycle and not wearing proper protective head gear.Joanne Cummings, 27, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 15 by the Lancaster Township police with two counts each of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and six counts of access device fraud.
CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Richard Lamar Simmons, 43, of Arnold, Westmoreland County, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle. He agreed to pay $1,245 in restitution, fines and court costs. He had been charged Aug. 30 by the Cranberry Township police. Several other traffic citations were dropped.Gary Eugene Rankin, 45, of Mars had his case held to court. He was charged July 5 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance, illegal parking and unattended vehicle.Nathan York Cumberland, 23, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 13 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Teresa Eve Sommerville, 48, of Rochester, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 30 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.Scott E. Stephenson, 30, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 2 by the Cranberry Township police with possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and making repairs/selling offensive weapons.Lauren Ashley McNally, 20, of Cranberry Township waived her three separate cases to court. She was charged Sept. 11 by the state police in two of the cases with matching charges of manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communications facility, a cellular phone. In the third case, she was charged with conpiracy to manufacture/deliver/possess with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal use of a communications facility, a cellular phone.Daniel Portogallo, 34, no known address, waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 1 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft and defiant trespass.Christian W. Holleran, 30, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 12 by the Cranberry Township with conspiracy to commit access device fraud.Christine Michelle Fairish, 30, of Morningside waived her case to court. She was charged Nov. 1 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft and giving false identification to law enforcement officials.
