Butler Police6:24 a.m. Monday — Douglas L. Kidd, 29, was arrested after allegedly assaulting his girlfriend, 30-year-old Rebecca Tarr, during a domestic dispute at their Negley Avenue home.Tarr told police Kidd grabbed her by the wrist and arm and pushed her into a wall. She was able to get away and went to the police station. Tarr complained of severe wrist pain, and was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital.Officers went to the couple's home where they found Kidd. Police also learned the suspect was wanted on a warrant. He was arraigned on a charge of simple assault placed in Butler County Prison on $5,000 bail, in connection with that charge and the warrant.

Butler Twp PoliceMonday — Police charged Robert T. Collins, 50, of Butler with drugged and drunken driving stemming from a minor accident Sept. 24 at the Greater Butler Mart parking lot on Route 8 South. Collins is charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, DUI of combined drugs and alcohol, and reckless driving.7:25 p.m. Friday — Kevin Hoffman, 36, of Butler was arrested after he was stopped allegedly shoplifting a $288 television from the Wal-Mart in Butler Commons. Hoffman is charged with retail theft.4:27 p.m. Friday — Vehicles driven by Joseph Moore, 25, and Linda Graham, 61, both of Butler collided at Old Plank and Pittsburgh Pike roads.3:02 p.m. Friday — Paul Ledkins, 33, and Sarah Cromer, 25, were arrested after they allegedly attacked one another during a domestic dispute at the couple's Penn Avenue home in Lyndora.Both suspects were arraigned on charges of simple assault and harassment, and placed in Butler County Prison on $3,000 bail each.9:22 p.m. Oct. 25 — Austin Rottman, 20, of Butler is accused of ambushing another man outside Regal Cinemas at Moraine Pointe Plaza. Rottman punched the man in the head, knocking the alleged victim to the ground.Police said Rottman hit the man again when the accuser was still down. The suspect is charged with disorderly conduct and harassment.

Grove City Police6:33 a.m. Friday — A car driven by Korey Mauer, 21, of Caledonia, Mich., and a sport utility vehicle driven by Vincent DiStasi, 45, of Grove City collided at East Main and Liberty streets. Police said Mauer faces a ticket for a red light violation.

State Police, Butler2:10 a.m. Sunday — Keith D. Anthony Jr., 28, of Butler was arrested after allegedly assaulting two people in a vehicle in the 900 block of Herman Road in Summit Township. Anthony is charged with simple assault and harassment.3:58 a.m. Saturday — Mark Jacobs, 35, of Slippery Rock was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after he drove into a yard on Kelly Boulevard in Slippery Rock Township.

State Police. Kittanning7:35 a.m. Monday — A car driven by Jennifer L. Blakeslee, 25, of Edinboro, Erie County struck a deer on Route 28 in North Buffalo Township.Monday — Someone between Wednesday and Monday broke into a home on Miller Farm Road in Toby Township. Nothing was taken in the burglary.9:05 a.m. Saturday — A car driven by Shawn R. Bowser, 32, of Fenelton spun out on a patch of slush and ice and crashed into a guardrail on Route 28 just south of Beale Road in Buffalo Township, Butler County. Police said Bowser was cited for driving too fast for conditions.
