Friday — Someone broke into a vehicle parked on Fleming Road between 7 p.m. Aug. 21 and 10 a.m. Friday, and stole a black Kodak digital camera, five camera disks in a K-Swiss camera bag and a black beach bag containing a blue-and-white swimsuit.The owner is offering a reward for return of the camera and disks. Anyone with information should call 724-295-9500.

3:51 a.m. Sunday — Timothy M. Meeks, 24, of Washington, Pa., was arrested for driving under the influence after he was found apparently passed out behind the wheel of a car at the East Lake parking lot. Apolice report noted that the keys were in the ignition.2:48 a.m. Sunday — Thomas H. Tyler, 21, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, was arrested for DUI on Rock Pride Drive.3:05 a.m. Saturday — Keith Alan Shumaker, 21, of Meadville, Crawford County, was arrested for DUI after his sport utility vehicle was spotted traveling on a sidewalk between the Wisenfluh Dining Hall and Patterson Hall.Apolice report noted that the SUVnearly went over the stairs toward the Morrow Field House, before Shumaker stopped, backed up and turned onto Service Drive.

7:10 p.m. Wednesday — Acar driven by David-Michael L. Sanders, 17, of Cabot crashed into a fence, mailbox and trees along Bonniebrook Road in Jefferson Township. Police said Sanders was cited for driving too fast for conditions.6 p.m. Tuesday — Russell Weitzel, 41, of Butler was arrested for allegedly grabbing 43-year-old Patricia Space of Butler around the neck and holding a pen to her throat on Mahood Road in Center Township. Police said Weitzel is charged with simple assault.Monday — Someone stole about 500 pounds of insulated scrap wire valued at $625 from outside TCC Pennwest in Allegheny Township between 2 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Monday. Anyone with information should call 724-284-8100.Monday — Someone Sunday or Monday broke into Cabot United Methodist Church in Winfield Township and stole an undetermined amount of money.Sunday — Someone ran over the tops of several vehicles parked along Woodbridge Drive and Cobblestone Lane in Slippery Rock Township between 6:30 p.m. Saturday and noon Sunday, denting the hoods and roofs of at least three vehicles.Thursday — Someone used debit card information belonging to Derek E. Bubb of Sarver to fraudulently remove $100 from Bubb's account.

Tuesday — Ryan Michael Bishop Cumberland, 19, of Butler, a 17-year-old boy from Karns City and a 17-year-old boy from Chicora were all charged with theft, criminal mischief and several misdemeanors after they allegedly damaged and stole mailboxes at several locations in Butler, Armstrong and Clarion counties between 3 and 5:36 a.m. Tuesday.The 17-year-old Karns City boy also was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence.Anyone with mailboxes damaged or stolen in the listed areas early Tuesday morning should call police at 724-226-1710.

Wednesday — An unknown thief between Aug. 21 and Thursday stole a catalytic converter, valued at $300, from a car at the Grove City Chevrolet dealership on West Main Street Extension in Pine Township
