BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard these cases:
Brian J. Bartock, 27, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and driving with a suspended license, filed May 29 by township police. Bartock was ordered to pay $690 in fines and court costs.
David V. Colton, 59, of Cabot pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed May 24 by township police. Colton was ordered to pay $471 in restitution, fines and court costs.
Kristen L. Deal, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed June 7 by state police.
Joann Fisher, 54, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on the wrong side of the road and an inspection violation, filed May 15 by township police.
Joselyn Forty, 28, of Cabot waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and trespass, filed May 14 by township police.
Dennis Frketich Jr., 24, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed May 28 by township police.
Jack H. Gregg, 33, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed April 23 by township police. Gregg was ordered to pay $359 in fines and court costs.
Steven M. Kennedy, 30, of Butler waived to court a charge of illegally possessing a firearm, filed June 15 by township police.
Kimberly M. Kiser, 36, of Butler waived to court 38 counts of forgery, seven counts of access device fraud, two counts each of theft by deception and receiving stolen property, and a charge of theft, filed in two cases June 19 by township police.
Brian Lambing, 39, of Saxonburg was held for court on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed May 14 by township police.
Jessica M. Lewis, 32, of Valencia waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Jan. 23 by township police.
Michael M. Lewis 26, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Jan. 23 by township police.
William C. Matthews, 53, of Evans City pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed May 28 by township police. Matthews was ordered to pay $382.50 in fines and court costs.
Charles P. Norris IV, 23, of Butler waived to court two counts each of theft and receiving stolen property, filed April 19 by township police.
Joseph R. Quaill, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed Jan. 25 by township police.
Donald L. Reiland, 57, of Harrisville waived to court charges of DUI, an open container violation, careless driving and a lane violation, filed May 8 by township police.
