11:37 a.m. Sunday — Christina Marie Johnson, 23, of Butler is accused of stealing a Wii game system from an unidentified home. Johnson also allegedly took the victim's car without his permission. The suspect traded the game system for cash at a store.She is charged with theft, receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a vehicle.Also charged in the case is Louis E. Nesbitt, 25, of Zelienople, who used his identification for the illegal transaction, according to a police report. Nesbitt is charged with receiving stolen property.11:11 a.m. Sunday — A pickup truck driven by William Duffy, no age given, and a sport utility vehicle driven by Joseph Erdos, no age given, both of Butler, collided at New Castle and Duffy roads.Saturday — An unknown hit-and-run driver struck a car at the Sam's Club parking lot, Moraine Pointe Plaza, sometime between 4 and 9:45 p.m.

Saturday — Four people were arrested for driving under the influence during roving DUIpatrols in the county. Officers also made two drug-related arrests and issued five other criminal citations during the detail. Additionally, nine traffic citations and 27 warnings were issued. In all, 38 vehicles were stopped.State Police, Butler2:56 p.m. Monday — George D. Pflugh, 81, was injured when a car struck the rear of the John Deere garden tractor he was driving near his Summit Township home.Pflugh had left a neighbor's driveway and was traveling north on Route 356, and was attempting to turn into his own driveway when the accident happened. Erika McCue, 18, of Butler was driving the car.Pflugh was treated at Butler Memorial Hospital for minor injuries.McCue was cited for driving too fast for conditions. Pflugh was cited for careless driving and not driving with a slow moving vehicle emblem.Monday — An unknown thief between Friday and Monday stole a catalytic converter from a company-owned van at Western Pennsylvania Geothermal Inc. on Saxonburg Boulevard in Clinton Township.Sunday — An unspecified amount of mail was taken between 10:45 a.m. and 1 p.m. in a burglary at a Fraser Road home in MiddlesexTownship. Numerous household goods were also damaged at the rental home owned by Edward Zollner of Butler.Saturday — An unknown hit-and-run driver in a black or blue, compact-type car struck a pickup truck at Branchton and Old Brick roads in Washington Township. The unidentified car that drove away should have damage to the driver's side area. Sherri Adamson, no age given, of North Washington was driving the pickup.11:35 p.m. Friday — Gregory Alan Smith Jr., 29, of Chicora is accused of taking a sport utility vehicle without the owner's permission. Smith later crashed the vehicle on Walker Road in Parker Township. He is charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle, driving with a suspended license, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving and failure to keep right.10:50 p.m. Friday — An unidentified vehicle crossed the centerline on Route 356, south of Sportsman's Supply in Summit Township, and crashed into a vehicle driven by David Cedzo, no age or address given. The unknown driver drove away.10 p.m. June 21 — Vehicles driven by Barbara Francois, 55, of Valencia and Joseph Corrado, 52, of Butler collided at Routes 8 and 228 in Middlesex Township. Mary Zinsser, 50, of Gibsonia, a passenger in Corrado's car, suffered minor injuries.June 10 — About 100 feet of copper tubing valued at $1,000 was stolen between Oct. 1 and June 10 from a New Castle Road home in Worth Township. James Gariti of Oxford, Wisc., owns the stolen property.1:49 a.m. June 5 — Craig Young, no age given, of Butler was arrested for DUI at Unionville and North roads in Franklin Township.

4:45 p.m. Monday — A sport utility vehicle driven by a 16-year-old Grove City boy, who police did not identify, crashed on Irishtown Road near Route 58 in Pine Township.7:15 p.m. Sunday — A car driven by Tara L. Kennedy, 41, of New Castle hit a guardrail and then collided with a truck on Interstate 79 in Springfield Township. Kennedy was cited for careless driving. Vijay Nand, no age given, of Ontario, Canada, was driving the truck.
