SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

William Boyd, 25, of Valencia was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, and restrictions on alcoholic beverages, filed Aug. 5 by Saxonburg police.

Eric Berger, 27, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Aug. 8 by Saxonburg police.

Amy Deal, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, careless driving, driving without a license and with no rear lights, filed Aug. 13 by Saxonburg police.

Scott Freehling, 26, of Saxonburg waived to court two counts of possession of a controlled counterfeit substance and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 24 by Buffalo Township police.

Howard Garvin, 39, of Kittanning waived to court charges of driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle with unsafe equipment, and driving a vehicle without inspection, filed April 14 by state police.

Frank Gordon Jr., 48, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI, endangering the welfare of children, disregarding traffic lanes, and careless driving, filed July 29 by state police.

Mark Houser, 37, of Cheswick, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of harassment and attempted theft, filed Sept. 5 by Buffalo Township police.

Chris Reddinger, 21, of Kittanning waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and driving without head lights on, filed Sept. 4 by Buffalo Township police.

Cynthia Stroupe, 31, of Yatesboro, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of driving with a suspended license, forgery and false identification to law enforcement authorities, filed Aug. 22 by Saxonburg police.

Loszlo Vestergom, 45, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, and driving without rear lights, filed Sept. 2 by Saxonburg police.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Matthew Michael Maloni, 24, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged July 17 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and disregard of traffic lane.Shaun Steven Bundy, 22, of New Waterford, Ohio, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 28 by the Jackson Township police with receiving stolen property and conspiracy to receive stolen property.Bobbie Jo McEwen, 25, of Uniontown, Fayette County, waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 28 by the Jackson Township police with receiving stolen property and conspiracy to receive stolen property.Kristen Cumberland, 37, of Renfrew waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 17 by the state police with simple assault and harassment.Brandon Elliott Croyle, 19, of New Kensington, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 25 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor, purchasing alcohol by a minor and driving without lights to avoid arrest.Cyrus Vincent Smith, 24, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 12 by the state police with simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.Joshua Lee Bundy, 24, of East Palestine, Ohio, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 28 by the Jackson Township police with receiving stolen property and conspiracy to receive stolen property.Heather E.A. Compton, 19, of Darlington, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 28 by the Jackson Township police with forgery, access device fraud and two counts of receiving stolen property.Jason Wagner, 36, of Zelienople had his case held for court. SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard these cases:Michael Joseph Via, 23, no address listed, waived to court theft and forgery charges filed by state police Sept. 20.Enock Gonzalez, 18, of Middleton waived to court DUI, no rear lights, minor prohibited operating vehicle with alcohol and minor purchasing alcoholic beverage charges filed by Slippery Rock police Aug. 30.Elizabeth M. Christy, 26, of Fenelton waived to court theft and receiving stolen property charges filed by Slippery Rock University police Aug. 31.Joseph Williams of Corrush Drive, Slippery Rock, pleaded guilty to theft and receiving stolen property charges filed by state police July 25. He was fined $203.
