Diana Christie, 50, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving too fast for conditions, filed Feb. 20 by Butler Township police.
Michelle Davis, 37, of Russellton, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, a lane violation and careless driving, filed Feb. 26 by Butler Township police.
Ronald Doctor, 43, of Butler was held for court on charges of retail theft, unauthorized used of a vehicle, trespass and driving without a license, filed March 16 by Butler Township police.
Joshua Lieberum, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, a lane violation, careless driving and speeding, filed Feb. 28 by Butler Township police.
Richard Mortimer, 44, of Karns City waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Aug. 7 by Butler Township police.
Robert Nemchek, 25, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, a stop sign violation, making an illegal turn and careless driving, filed March 5 by state police.
William O'Neal, 43, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy and attempted retail theft, filed March 22 by Butler Township police.
Eric Phipps, 43, of Prospect waived to court charges of DUI and driving too fast for conditions, filed Feb. 20 by Butler Township police.
Lisa Powers-Brewster, 29, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief, filed Feb. 5 by Butler Township police. She was ordered to pay $1,682 in restitution fines and court costs.
Nicole Schmitt, 25, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy and attempted retail theft, filed March 22 by Butler Township police.
Brandy Shoup, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, unauthorized use/transfer of registration and making an illegal turn, filed Jan. 29 by state police.
Katherine Yova, 25, of Portersville waived to court a charge of bad checks, filed Feb. 21 by Butler Township police.
CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Daniel Schnur, 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of criminal mischief and public drunkenness, filed Feb. 12. He was ordered to pay $1,197 in restitution, fines and court costs.Dale Whipkey, 48, of Butler waived to court charges of terroristic threats and harassment, filed Feb. 22.Richard Wise, 44, of Chicora was held for court on charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, careless driving and limitations on backing, filed Jan. 8.Karen Wolfe, 46, of Emlenton waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, not using turn signals and careless driving, filed Jan. 3.
