Kristy Ann Farnen, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed May 4 by Penn Township police. Farnen was ordered to $434.50 in fines and court costs.
Curtis S. Graham, 38, of Dayton, Armstrong County, was held for court on charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, filed July 3 by state police.
Ronald J. Jardin II, 35, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence, lane and lighting violations and an open container violation, filed June 27 by state police.
Harry C. Lantz, 53, of Sarver waived to court charges of theft of service and bad checks, filed June 4 by Penn Township police.
Danny Leggett, 61, of Cabot was held for court on charges of DUI, careless driving, a lane violation and not wearing a seat belt, filed June 18 by state police.
Clarence Rush, 93, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed June 5 in a private complaint.
Jessica L. Terek, 20, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI, minors prohibited from operating with alcohol in their system, and underage drinking, filed April 26 by Penn Township police.
Megan B. Trainor, 47, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and driving with suspended registration, filed May 30 by state police.
Jason G. Whitacre, 30, of Seven Fields waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and a lane violation, filed June 20 by state police.
