BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by township police:
Melissa M. Cammisa, 27, of Butler was held for court on charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and defiant trespass, filed Nov. 1.
Nicholas A. Foster, 28, of Prospect waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Oct. 5.
Andrew W. Green, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and reckless driving, filed Oct. 18.
Devin M. Lutz, 27, of Harmony waived to court charges of terroristic threats, simple assault, possessing drug paraphernalia, harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed Nov. 27.
Edward A. Madey, 62, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct, harassment, trespass and public drunkenness, filed Nov. 20. Madey was ordered to pay $609.50 in fines and court costs.
Rebbica L. McElroy, 27, of Kittanning waived to court a charge of DUI, five counts of possessing a controlled substance and two counts each of possessing drug paraphernalia and not using turn signals, filed Oct. 31.
John F. Nero, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 25.
Joseph E. Orkwis, 31, of Butler waived to court three counts of retail theft, filed Nov. 30.
Joseph E. Queen, 50, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, theft of services and driving with a suspended license, filed Oct. 31.
Visual V. Rawal, 30, of Cranberry Township pleaded guilty to charges of possessing drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 12. Rawal was ordered to pay $669 in fines and court costs.
Barbara Vinroe, 49, of Renfrew waived to court charges of DUI, hit-and-run, failing to immediately notify police of an accident, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed Oct. 22.
Melissa S. Wilbert, 24, of Butler waived to court four counts of retail theft and a charge of theft, filed Oct. 15.

Faieta, 18, of California, Washington County, waived to court a charge of harassment, filed Nov. 26 by Slippery Rock University police.Kelly Ann Flaherty, 21, of Gibsonia waived to court charges of driving under the influence and making an illegal turn, filed Oct. 23 by Slippery Rock police.Valerie J. Fugh, 53, of New Castle waived to court charges of DUI, failing to stop at a red light, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed July 18 filed by state police.Jamie J. Gilbert, 46, of New Castle waived to court charges of DUI, driving without a license, driving with a suspended license-DUI related, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving, reckless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Oct. 2 by state police.Michael T. Hutt, 33, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Oct. 23 by SRU police.Michael W. Jones, 20, of Sewickley, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, underage drinking, driving at an unsafe speed, following too closely to another vehicle, careless driving, reckless driving, using improper sunscreening on a vehicle, driving a vehicle without inspection and not wearing a seat belt, filed Sept. 24 by state police.Robbi Jon Leonard, 20, of Grove City waived to court charges of delivering a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, filed Oct. 30 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.Cristina L. Mahoney, 39, of Slippery Rock was held for court on two counts of retail theft, filed in separate cases Oct. 9 and 10 by Slippery Rock police.Michael T. Savage. 19, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving without headlights and not wearing a seat belt, filed June 20 by state police.
