CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Jay E. Vinroe, 24, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, driving without a license and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection, filed Jan. 22. He was ordered to pay fines totaling $895.

Matthew J. Reott, 20, of Herman waived to court charges of DUI, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and depositing waste on the road, filed March 19.

Brandon E. Bauldoff, 19, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, DUI while underage, failing to keep right, not driving at a safe speed and careless driving, filed Feb. 27.

Matthew Alex Graham, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, DUI while underage, buying alcohol underage, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed, being a minor operating a vehicle with alcohol in his system, causing an accident with damage to an unattended vehicle and failing to notify police of an accident, filed Feb. 25.

Robert Ralston, 48, of Butler waived to court a charge of resisting arrest, filed March 6.

Jeremy Jose Rivera, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and receiving stolen property, filed April 5.

Chad William Finucan, 29, of Butler waived to court a charge of attempted theft, filed Dec. 24.

Kelly Jane Hinkle, 35, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking and retail theft, filed March 4.
