SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

James Boris, 19, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence, underage drinking, and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 17 by Saxonburg police.

Andrew Bozzo, 37, of Saxonburg was held for court on charges of DUI, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, careless driving and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed Nov. 17 by Saxonburg police.

Ronald Keith, 35, of Fenelton was held for court on charges of DUI, careless driving, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed Nov. 21 by Saxonburg police.

Richard Menchyk, 22, of Butler was held for court on charges of attempted robbery and theft, filed Nov. 21 by Buffalo Township police.

David Robertson, 31, of Petrolia waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 4 by the attorney general's office.

Justin Searle, 27, of Renfrew waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and a lane violation, filed Nov. 27 by state police.

Shashank Swarup, 27, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, speeding and careless driving, filed Oct. 26 by state police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Michael Ball, 21, of Hilliards waived to court charges of trespass, simple assault and harassment, filed Jan. 7.Bryan Conner, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy, filed Oct. 26.David Davenport III, 35, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, filed Dec. 4.Jason Gavinski, 29, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy, filed Jan. 19.Christopher Grossman, 28, of Petrolia waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy, filed Jan. 19.Andy Large, 30, of Butler was held for court on four counts each of burglary, theft and receiving stolen property, two counts of attempted theft, and conspiracy and criminal mischief, filed Oct. 16.Leeann Parisi, 27, of Cabot waived to court two counts of theft, filed Dec. 22.James Rees, 41, of Karns City waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed Dec. 11.William Walters, 21, of Renfrew waived to court three counts of burglary, four counts each of theft and receiving stolen property, attempted theft, conspiracy and criminal mischief, filed Oct. 17.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Ralph Atkinson Jr., 41, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed Dec. 4 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $1,004.73 in restitution, fines and court costs.Aaron Burd, 29, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, failure to give information and render aid after an accident, failure to immediately notify police of an accident, and careless driving, filed Dec. 26 by Butler Township police.Tiffany Ann Crawford, 21, of Wilkinsburg, Allegheny County, waived to court a charge of conspiracy and 41 counts of access device fraud, filed Jan. 9 by state police.Clifton Fehl, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, accidents involving damage to attended vehicle/property, possession of drug paraphernalia, careless driving and a lane violation, filed Dec. 18 by Butler Township police.John Hales, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed Dec. 18 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $208.50 in fines and court costs.Brandon Weichey, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Nov. 20 by Butler Township police.Larry Wolfe, 38, of Lyndora waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Dec. 18 by state police.
