2:52 a.m. Tuesday — Sarah Isovitsch, 31, of West Sunbury was arrested for driving under the influence on Route 8 south of Butler.Tuesday — Police reported Christopher Gaiser, 27, of Butler was charged with using another person's bank check card on three separate occasions without the owner's permission. Gaiser is charged with theft, receiving stolen property and three counts of access device fraud.

Monday — A safe was stolen in a burglary at Ken-Fab and Weld Inc. on Valvoline Road in East Butler. The break-in happened between 3:30 p.m. Sunday and 7:30 a.m. Monday.2:55 a.m. Sunday — Danny M. Bragg, 35, of Butler was arrested for driving under the influence on West Pearl Street in Butler. Bragg also was cited for disobeying a traffic control signal, a stop sign violation, careless driving and driving without rear lights.12:55 a.m. Sunday — Heather Kuhrt, 26, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of DUI at Main and Wayne streets in Butler.2:28 a.m. Saturday — Michael Kuhrt, 24, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of DUI on Hansen Avenue in Butler.1:15 a.m. Saturday — Rose Bergbigler, 55, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of DUI on Route 38 in Summit Township.

Tuesday — Money and pills were stolen overnight in a burglary at a home on Morris Lane in Madison Township.

3:55 p.m. Tuesday — Cars driven by Andrew J. Phipps, 55, of Harrisville and G.S. Sparks, 33, of Beloit, Ohio, collided on Route 8 in Irwin Township near Barkeyville.

8:47 a.m. Tuesday — A thief drove away without paying for $156.69 worth of diesel fuel he pumped into an Enterprise box truck at the Country Fair store on Interstate 79 in Springfield Township.
