9:21 p.m. Tuesday — Joseph Eppinger, 36, of Chicora apparently had a seizure when he lost control of his car and crashed into a parked sport utility vehicle on West Penn Street.Eppinger's car went off the road, through a yard and hit the unoccupied SUV, owned by the Butler chapter of the American Red Cross.Tuesday — Police filed drugged driving charges against Wendy M. Dight, 37, of Butler, stemming from a traffic stop about 11:35 a.m. May 18 on Hansen Avenue.Dight was taken for a blood test following her arrest. Police said they got the test results June 27. Findings showed Dight's blood contained “high levels” of the prescription sedative lorazepam and the antiseizure drug clonazepam; benzoylecgonine, a metabolite of cocaine; and buprenorphine, a drug used to help wean addicts from heroin and cocaine.Dight is charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving.Tuesday — Police charged Terris E. Kirk, 34, of Pittsburgh after he was picked up about 4:20 a.m. Saturday while officers investigated suspected drug activity on Maryland Avenue.When officers initially confronted Kirk, he allegedly gave them a phony name. He is charged with providing false identification to law enforcement authorities and public drunkenness.10:55 a.m. Monday — Danielle L. Wilson, 28, was arrested after she allegedly attacked 29-year-old William Burley Jr., 29, of Bensalem, Bucks County, during a domestic dispute at her North Washington Street apartment. Wilson allegedly struck Burley in the face several times.Wilson was arraigned on a charge of simple assault and placed in the Butler County Prison on $1,000 bail.
Saturday — Daniel Stewart, 46, of Grove City was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on West Main Street.3:30 p.m. Friday — Daniel E Graham, 22, of Grove City is accused of grabbing a 17-year-old boy by the throat and arm inside the McDonald's restaurant on West Main Street. He faces charges of harassment and disorderly conduct.
1 a.m. Sunday — Richard Craig Martin, no age given, of Butler was arrested for driving under the influence at Route 356 and Hannahstown Road in Jefferson Township.11:27 p.m. Sunday — Nicole M. Andrako, 24, of Moon Township, Allegheny County, was arrested for suspicion of DUI after a three-vehicle, chain-reaction crash in a construction zone on Interstate 79 in Lancaster Township.The crash happened when Andarko's sport utility vehicle rear-ended another SUV driven by Lalit Mehta, 26, of Jacksonville, Fla. In turn, the collision forced Mehta's vehicle into the back of a car driven by Jose Galvan, 42, of Pittsburgh.Andarko faces charges of DUI and driving at an unsafe speed.2:20 a.m. Saturday — Michael Beltrami, 37, of Portersville was arrested for suspicion of DUI on Route 422 near the South Shore exit to Moraine State Park in Muddy Creek Township.11:29 p.m. Friday — Wayne A. Barry, 22, of Boyers was arrested for suspicion of DUI after his car crossed the centerline and collided with a minivan on Unionville Road near Election House road in Franklin Township. Richard A. Perretta, 62, of New Castle was driving the van occupied by five passengers, including four children. No injuries were reported.In addition to DUI, Barry is charged with a lane violation and careless driving.Noon June 29 — A car driven by August Siuta, 74, of Lockport, N.Y., struck a temporary construction barrier on I-79 in Jackson Township. Siuta was cited for a lane violation.June 29 — Police filed drunken driving and other charges against Bryan Ray Belles, 37, of Evans City stemming from a traffic stop about 1:20 a.m. June 25 at Routes 488 and 422 in Franklin Township. Belles is charged with DUI, not using turn signals, careless driving and an open container violation.
6:20 p.m. Sunday — A pickup truck driven by Justin H. Robinson, 26, of Grove City struck a tree along Interstate 80 in Clinton Township. The crash happened after Robinson fell asleep at the wheel. The pickup traveled across the road, hit a ditch, shot back across the road, traveled up an embankment and slammed into the tree.Robinson, who was wearing a seat belt, was cited for careless driving.
11:12 a.m. Tuesday — Carol A. Williamson, 71, of Grove City was hurt when the sport utility vehicle she was driving collided with a car on Route 208 in Pine Township. Williamson, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to the Grove City Medical Center with minor injuries. She was cited for a lane violation. Jon Germadnik, 45, of Grove City was driving the car.1:04 a.m. Monday — A 13-year-old from Zelienople had to be flown by medical helicopter to a Pittsburgh hospital after suffering an alcohol overdose at a campsite on Route 173 in New Lebanon. The youth, who they did not identify, was taken to Grove City Medical Center before being transferred to Children's Hospital.The teen, whose condition was not known this morning, faces a citation for underage drinking.10:40 p.m. Saturday — Adam A. McCoy, 27, of Grove City was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after his car rolled over onto its roof and landed in a ditch on Route 965 in Worth Township. McCoy, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries.1:40 a.m. Saturday — Jeffrey A. Cousins, 45, of Grove City was arrested for suspicion of DUI at Brent and Old Ash roads in Springfield Township. Cousins also was cited for driving with a suspended license, a lane violation and careless driving.
