The Northern Crew Girls under-11 Blue soccer team won two of three games recently at the Great Lakes Alliance Games in Erie.

The team was led by strong defensive play from Rachel Weyand and goalkeeper Breann Wood.

Taylor Brown scored three goals, Wood and Hannah Krugger had two each, and Caterina Lopresti, Emily Lopresti and Nicole Zirpoli had one each. Northern Crew played teams from Cleveland, Erie and Rochester, N. Y.

Other players on the squad include Logan Wright, Emily Ferraro, Emily Jones, Chelsea McCartney, Emily Schumacher and Courtney Lineman.

The team travels to Bay Village, Ohio, this weekend to participate in the Bay Challenge Cup.
