Gunner Gagen of the Elite Athletc Center qualified for this year's boys gymnastics state meet while competing in the Buckeye Classic and Blaine Wilson Invitational.

Gagen finished first in the vault, third on the floor and pommel horse, fourth on the rings, eighth on the high bar and seventh all around for level 4, 10-year-olds.

Other Elite Athletic Center gymnasts also fared well:

• Freesia Meals, third in vault, fifth all around in 6-and-under level 4.

• Amber Rivers, fifth in beam, seventh in floor, 10th all around in level 4, 7-year-olds.

• Michael Cichra, seventh on foor, level 5, 12-year-olds.
