The North Pittsburgh Basketball Club improved its seventh-grade AAU Tournament record to 24-0 recently by winning the Western Pennsylvania Regional Qualifier at North Allegheny High School.

Butler residents Jake Hilliard and Nate Snodgrass are on the squad. Snodgrass led all scorers in the championship game with 15 points as North Pittsburgh defeated Team Adidas, 53-27.

North Pittsburgh is now qualified for the Division I AAU National Tournament June 22 to 30 in Memphis, Tenn.
