The Northern Steel under-14 boys team reached the finals of the Northern Ohio Cup in Lodi, Ohio, recently, before dropping a 1-0 decision to Cleveland United.

Bo Frank scored two goals in a 2-0 win over Boca, Josh Brake scored in a 1-0 win over Cleveland Select, John Garver scored in a 1-0 win over the Cleveland Blues and Brake scored in a 1-0 win over the Cleveland Whitecaps.

Northern Steel's under-11 girls defeated Erie 8-0 as Olivia Sharbaugh and Paige Clary scored two goals each. Kyler Lum scored in a 1-1 tie with IFC.

Northern Steel's under-15 boys lost a pair of 1-0 games in Northern Ohio Cup play before defeating the Cleveland Whitecaps 1-0 on a goal by Ryan Hyatt.

Northern Steel's under-17 boys defeated the Hotspurs 1-0 on a goal by Matt Doerr.
