SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Jonathon Blackwell, 22, of Butler waived to court a charge of bad checks, filed Jan. 9 by Penn Township police.

Erin Bubash, 46, pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed Jan. 3 by Buffalo Township police. He was ordered to pay $215 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Kenneth Creslinski, 37, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, was held for court on charges of theft by deception and bad checks filed by Buffalo Township police.

Timothy Delaney, 47, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and an open container violation, filed Jan. 4 by Buffalo Township police.

Sandra Karch, 45, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, making an illegal turn and an open container violation, filed Dec. 20 by Buffalo Township police.

Norman Kemp III, 27, of Sarver pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed Jan. 23 by Buffalo Township police. He was ordered to pay $561 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Joshua Royle, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, a lane violation, and limitations on backing, filed Dec. 28 by state police.

Ryan VanTine, 18, of Sarver waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Jan. 8 by Buffalo Township police.

Rebecca Wolbert, 35, of Sarver waived to court two counts of simple assault and charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, filed Feb. 19 by Buffalo Township police.
