Free Meals for kids
Some county school districts are offering free meals for students — and in some cases, any children ages 18 and younger — through the end of the school year, as a result of waivers issued by the state's Department of Education. On Friday, Seneca Valley food service workers delivered meals to vehicles at Evans City Middle School. Seneca Valley served 5,231 free breakfasts and the same number of free lunches during that week.
