Beardsley, Smith

Rebekah Beardsley of Cambridge Springs and Aaron Smith of Akron, Ohio, exchanged wedding vows at 1 p.m. May 29 at First Baptist Church in Cambridge Springs. The Rev. Al Gernovich officiated. A reception was held in the St. Anthony Social Hall.

The bride is the daughter of the Rev. Rodney and Barbara Beardsley of Cambridge Springs. Parents of the bridegroom are Lois Smith of Cabot and the late Ronald Smith.

The maid of honor was Stephanie Hughes of Meadville. Bridesmaids were Julie Kania,

Hayden and Erin McClellan, all of Cambridge Springs. The flower girl was Grace Beardsley of Paris, Ky.

Serving the bridegroom as best man was George McWilliams of Cabot. Groomsmen were Garrett Haponski of Sarver, Jason

Kuhn

of Avon Lake, Ohio, and Jeremy Johnson of Cabot. Ushers were David Muwanga of Cabot and Matthew Beardsley and Jonathan Beardsley, both of Cambridge Springs. The ring bearer was Brennan Lewandowski of Cambridge Springs.

The bride is a 1999 graduate of Cambridge Springs High School and a 2003 graduate of Clarion University. She works at Harbor Light Hospice in Akron.

The bridegroom is a 1999 graduate of Knoch High School. He is a student majoring in civil engineering at the University of Akron.

The couple is making their home in Akron.
