Tanya Bowser and Shawn Morin, both of Butler, exchanged wedding vows at 5 p.m. Oct. 3 at the Beacon Hotel in Renfrew. The mayor of Evans City, Gary Foster, officiated. A reception was held at the Beacon Hotel.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Debrah Bowser of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Doug and Leah Morin of Butler.

The bride was presented for marriage by her brother, Mike Bowser.

The flower girls were Tierra Morin, Biidaw Morin and Kaylee Morin, all of Butler.

The ring bearer was Jesse Staaf of Butler.

The bride graduated in 1993 from Butler High School. She works at the Lowrie/Shaw House in Butler.

The bridegroom graduated in 1990 from BHS and is self-employed. The couple is living in Butler.
