Annie Plyler
Annie Bandura Plyler, 97, of Butler, died Saturday at the Grove in Harmony.
She was born Nov. 26, 1919, in Butler, the daughter of the late Frank Bandura and Rose Krupko Bandura.
Annie was a member of Summit United Presbyterian Church and had worked for 12 years in housekeeping for the Meadows Personal Care Home. She loved sports and was an avid Steeler and Pirate fan.
Surviving are two daughters, Martha Oesterling of Ellwood City and Cynthia Plyler of Ellwood City; one son, Donald and Marie Plyler of Sigel, Pa.; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Plyler; her sisters, Mary Kutch and Kathryn Duke; and her brothers, John Bandura, Wally Bandura, Tom Bandura, Joseph Bandura and Michael Bandura.
PLYLER — Friends of Annie Bandura Plyler, who died Saturday, Oct. 28, 2017, will be received at Young Funeral Home, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler, from 5 p.m. Tuesday until the time of the service at 7 p.m. with her grandson, Don Pflugh, officiating.
Private interment will take place at Summit United Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
