8:01 p.m. Sunday — A 15-year-old Lyndora girl is accused of shoplifting $120 in merchandise, including compact discs and T-shirts, at the Kmart store in Pullman Square. The girl, who police did not identify, is charged with retail theft.5 p.m. Friday — A 12-year-old Butler boy armed with a paint gun allegedly shot a 19-year-old man walking on West Wayne Street. Richard Hilins of Butler was hit numerous times and suffered minor injuries. The youth, who police did not identify, faces charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment.
12:49 a.m. Sunday — Vehicles driven by Irene Allison, 62, and Clarence Miller, 60, both of Butler collided at North Duffy and New Castle roads.
4:44 a.m. Monday — Luke William Holland, 29, of Evans City was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after his pickup truck crashed and rolled on Shannon Road near Welsh Road in Connoquenessing Township.Sunday — An unknown burglar stole several power tools after breaking into a garage at an Anderson Drive home in Clinton Township. The burglary occurred between 5 p.m. Friday and 5 p.m. Sunday.2:04 a.m. Saturday — An unidentified car struck a utility people on East Butler Road in Summit Township. The unknown driver drove away after the crash. Police believe the suspect's car is a white Toyota.Saturday — A black, 20-horsepower Mercury boat motor was stolen from a field at Greenly's storage on Prospect Road in Franklin Township. The theft occurred between 9:30 p.m. Thursday and 1 p.m. Saturday.Friday — A threatening message was discovered written on a wall inside a boy's bathroom at Slippery Rock Middle School in Slippery Rock Township.
May 4 — Truck hubcaps, side panels of a John Deere bulldozer and scrap metal were stolen from Forbes Excavating on Route 422 in Slippery Rock Township, Lawrence County. The property, valued at $1,800, was taken between May 1 and 4.May 3 — Two 100-pound propane tanks valued at $400 were stolen between April 29 and May 3 from a home at Frew Mill and Boak roads in Slippery Rock Township, Lawrence County.
