SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Michael Cramer, 50, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on the wrong side of the road and careless driving, filed Sept. 5 by state police

Irisely Forty, 24, of Pittsburgh waived to court a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed July 31 by Middlesex Township police.

Lawrence Gates, 70, of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., waived to court charges of DUI, reckless driving and a lane violation, filed July 16 by state police.

Justin Graff, 31, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and trespass by motor vehicle, filed July 24 by Saxonburg police.

Dennis Patterson, 48, of Cabot waived to court charges of terroristic threats, simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed July 31 by state police.

Troy Pett, 40, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of theft by deception and disorderly conduct, filed July 13 by Saxonburg police.

Jeffrey Richards, 19, of Harmony waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, underage drinking, and an open container violation, filed Aug. 7 by Saxonburg police.

Rachel Rosenberger, 48, of Ford City, Armstrong County, was held for court on charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed July 31 by state police.

Daniel Shick, 52, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Aug 10 by Penn Township police.

Alvin Shoop, 51, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks filed July 29 by Middlesex Township. He was ordered to pay $488.25 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Renee Simons, 39, of Butler was held for court on charges of theft by deception, forgery and bad checks, filed July 31 by Buffalo Township police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Joseph Gaiser, 20, of Parker waived to court four counts of simple assault and disorderly conduct, filed July 18.April Hemphill, 20, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, underage drinking, minors prohibited from driving with alcohol in their system, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving, and not wearing a seat belt, filed Aug. 16.Thomas Jordan, 48, of Butler waived to court a charge of theft from a motor vehicle, filed Sept. 12.Sharon Karch, 43, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and trespass by motor vehicle, filed June 13.Brandon McAllister, 20, of West Homestead, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, minors prohibited from driving with alcohol in their system, underage drinking, careless driving, and not wearing a seat belt, filed May 15.John Wade, 46, of Sharon, Mercer County, waived to court charges of theft by deception and bad checks, filed July 8.Donna Warren, 52, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 10. She was ordered to pay $293.50 in fines and court costs.Joseph Yartz, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, theft and receiving stolen property, filed March 8.
