10:19 p.m. Wednesday — Taylor W. Norris, 19, of Butler was charged with fleeing from police, accidents involving damage to attended property, DUI, DUI while a minor, minor driving with any alcohol in his system, purchase of alcohol by a minor, reckless driving, driving without a license and vehicles turning left, following a traffic accident at the corner of West Wayne and South Main streets. Norris and his passenger, Brandon A. Norris, 19, of Butler allegedly fled from the scene of the accident, then fled on foot from police after being pulled over. Brandon Norris was charged with purchase of alcohol by a minor and disorderly conduct. No injuries were reported due to the collision.8:40 a.m. Saturday — Tiffany A. Crawford, 25, of Butler was charged with theft of services after she allegedly failed to pay a bill for about $61 at Snack ‘N' Pack on East Jefferson Street. Although she returned to pay the bill after police began searching for her, store management still pressed charges, telling police Saturday's theft was the third such incident involving Crawford.

6:30 p.m. Wednesday — Someone stole three black, 30-inch wide bundles of road fabric and the ratchet strap securing them, valued at $1,204 and belonging to Bradys Bend Township, Armstrong County, from outside the municipal garage along Poncic Road.Anyone with information should call police at 724-543-2011.
