Jack W. Staley
Jack W. Staley, 80, of Renfrew died at 6 p.m. Saturday at the Masonic Home in Sewickley.
He was born Jan. 18, 1928, in Portsmouth, Ohio, the son of the late John Minehart and Irene Johnson.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served during World War II.
He was a member of the Masonic Lodge.
He retired as business manager of Local 10 of the Electricians Union in Butler after more than 40 years and had worked for Fuellgraf Electric and various other businesses.
Surviving are his daughter, Mrs. Dr. Rockwell (Karen J.) Dillaman of Pittsburgh; his son, Jack W. Staley Jr. of Denver, Colo.; his stepson, Dennis Shoup of Atlanta, Ga.; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and his sister, Ruth Bortz of Prospect.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Virginia Foster and Patricia Prementine.
