10:38 p.m. Friday — Brandi M. Foust, 24, of Butler was charged with simple assault after she allegedly hit her boyfriend in the face several times during an argument at a North Washington Street apartment.

5:50 p.m. Friday — A car driven by a 16-year-old girl crashed and rolled onto its roof on Ford City Road in South Buffalo Township. The driver and her three passengers, a 13-year-old boy and two 14-year-old boys, each suffered moderate to severe injuries and were taken by helicopter to Children's Hospital or Allegheny General Hospital.Friday — A vehicle driven by Christopher A. Reeves, 21, of Chicora and a vehicle driven by James W. Rankin IV, 24, of Butler collided on Route 68 near Kittanning Hollow Road in Bradys Bend Township. Both drivers and Rankin's passenger, Adam S. Donaldson, 23, of Sligo, were uninjured. Reeves was cited for a traffic violation.
