Dennis H. Parks
Dennis H. Parks, 63, of 208 VanGorder Mill Road, Perry Township, passed away at the VA Medical Center in Aspinwall at 1:05 a.m. Thursday.
He was born in Ivydale, Clay County, W.Va., Aug. 25, 1946, to the late Russell H. and Elzeve Murphy Parks.
He was a Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, serving in Vietnam. While in the service, he received the National Defense Service Medal, the Vietnamese Service Medal and the Good Conduct Medal.
He was a 1964 graduate of Slippery Rock High School.
He is survived by two sisters and their husbands, Connie and Nick Reda of Rochester, N.Y., and Patricia and Robert Ottobre of Perry Township.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Parks, on Aug. 27, 1978.

Tomon Jr. Funeral Home and Crematory</B>, 97 Grim Ave., Ellport. Funeral services will be offered at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Wurtemburg Presbyterian Church by Pastor Jay Parkman.
