Annie Hegedus and Christina Friel scored six points each to lead Butler Catholic's varsity girls basketball team to a 24-5 victory over Aquinas recently.

Mary McConnell and Julie Kasunic added four points each, Sarah Dodd and Megan Goettler two each.

Butler Catholic 30, Aquinas 1 (JV) — Kiara LaRocca scored nine points while Sophia Wiest added six, Emily Hegedus and Amara Dorcy four each, Maggie Moses, Anna Chiprean and Maggie Bartony two each, Emma Lemay one.
