District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases for court:

Jason Michael Hertweck, 39, of Evans City waived his case to court. The state police on Sept. 26 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Wayne Edward Phipps Jr., 29, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. The state police on June 30 charged him with possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license and careless driving.

Tina M. Dolan, 51, of Freedom waived her case to court. Jackson Township police on July 22 charged her with theft by deception and writing bad checks.

Brian M. Miller, 42, of Mars waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on Oct. 3 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Bryon Lane Wolfe, 43, of Ellwood City waived his case to court. The state police on Sept. 9 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Karen S. Cush, 50, of Gibsonia waived her case to court. Adams Township police on Sept. 26 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Stephanie Nicole Snyder, 28, of Tyrone waived her case to court. Adams Township police on Sept. 8 charged her with simple assault, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.

Matthew Ban, no age given, of Pittsburgh had his case held to court. Mars police on Oct. 16 charged him with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, corruption of minors and conspiracy.

John D. Frena-Baughman, 23, of Mount Pleasant waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Sept. 22 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kayla Elayne Mistick, 23, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. Adams Township police on Sept. 19 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license.

Michael O'Neil Brady, 20, of Mars had his case held to court. Mars police on Oct. 16 charged him with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, corruption of minors and conspiracy.

Robin Hershman, 59, of Gibsonia waived her case to court. Adams Township police on Sept. 22 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:Brandon Michael Mosely, 23, of New Brighton had his case held to court. Police on Aug. 5 charged him with conspiracy, retail theft and receiving stolen property.Daniel Allen Hamilton, 58, of Beaver Falls waived his case to court. Police on Sept. 23 charged him with retail theft, theft by deception, receiving stolen property and conspiracy.Roy Barnes, 46, of Ambridge waived his case to court. Police on Aug. 15 charged him with criminal attempt, robbery and making terroristic threats.Bret Conrad Baldelli, 32, of Ellwood City had his case held to court. Police on Sept. 2 charged him with conspiracy, forgery, access device fraud, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and driving with a suspended license.Sean Patrick McLaughlin, 36, of Valencia waived his case to court. Police on Oct. 15 charged him with retail theft and receiving stolen property.Brandy Ann Manol, 34, of Conway waived her case to court. Police on June 24 charged her with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.Randall Justin Spence, 23, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on Sept. 19 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Pamela Ann Tarasovich, 53, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. Police on Oct. 20 charged her with conspiracy and retail theft.Zachary J. Tarasovich, 25, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Police on Oct. 20 charged him with conspiracy and retail theft.Tina Marie Fowler, 33, of New Castle waived her case to court. Police on Oct. 14 charged her with retail theft and defiant trespass.
