Natalie McKay of Center Township has been named assistant administrator for the Skilled Nursing and Short-term Rehab Center.McKay earned a bachelor's in psychology from the University of Pittsburgh in 2001 and master's in health administration from the University of Iowa and has worked in long-term care for 10 years.She is licensed as a nursing home administrator.
• <B>Kimberly Bouch</B> of North Buffalo Township, Armstrong County, has been named clinical director of nursing for Concordia Lutheran Ministries Licensed Personal Care Home on the Cabot campus.Bouch has just completed a bachelor's in nursing from Chatham University in Pittsburgh having graduated from UPMC St. Margaret diploma school more than five years ago. She has worked at Indiana Regional and Butler Memorial hospitals.At Concordia, she will monitor hospital admissions and quality assurance and maintain contact with patients, employees, physicians and management.Bouch is a member of the American, Geriatric, Orthopaedic, Pediatric and Christian Nurses Associations.
HARRISBURG — Butler native Keith A. Stone of York County has been promoted to captain in the Pennsylvania State Police.He has been named the director of the Tactical Operations Division of the State Police Bureau of Emergency and Special Operations.Stone, 43, is a 1985 graduate of Knoch High School.He is the son of Patrick and Ruth Stone of Butler County.Stone is married to the former Deidre A Fair. They have a daughter and a son.
CRANBERRY TWP — The Slippery Rock University Government Contracting Assistance Center will have a free “Doing Business with General Services Administration” seminar from 9 a.m. to noon Tuesday at the Regional Learning Alliance in the township.Information about the Public Buildings Service and the Federal Acquisition Service, two departments in the General Services Administration with separate buying needs, will be provided.Helena Koch, small business utilization officer with the U.S. General Services Administration, will provide information on doing business with GSA, identifying the appropriate schedules, preparing and submitting bids and marketing to the government.Registration is requested by calling Renee Decker, government contract specialist at SRU's Center for Economic and Community Development, at 724-738-2346.
• The Emclaire Financial Corp., the parent holding company of the Farmers National Bank of Emlenton, declared a quarterly cash dividend on May 18, of 16 cents per common share payable on June 17, to shareholders on June 1. This quarterly dividend reflects an annualized dividend yield of 4 percent based on the stock's closing price of $16.05 per share on May 17.• The F.N.B. Corp. has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 12 cents per share on F.N.B. Corp.'s common stock. The dividend is payable on June 15 to shareholders of record on June 1.
