3:21 p.m. Friday — A car driven by Joshua M. Crider, 27, of Butler and a car driven by Peter D. Gall, 22, of Butler collided at the intersection of South Main Street and East Cunningham Street. Crider suffered a minor injury. Gall, and Crider's passengers, Robert Smith, 32, Colleen Crider, 26, and a 7-month-old boy, were uninjured.
3:37 p.m. Friday — A wallet was found along Covington Drive in Center Township. To claim it, call trooper Herbert Rieger at 724-284-8100.4 p.m. Thursday — Someone stole an Acer laptop computer valued at $350 from a home on Columbus Way in Saxonburg between 6 a.m. and 4 p.m. Thursday.9:30 a.m. Thursday — Jessie Fresh, 20, of Bruin was charged with false reports to law enforcement after she allegedly told police another woman had hit her and pulled her hair during a July 5 altercation, causing the woman to be charged with harassment. Fresh later recanted.6 p.m. Wednesday — Someone broke into the home at 200 Swamp Run Road in Center Township, stealing several pieces of jewelry and two handguns belonging to Michael Woodward, 50, of Butler between 7:15 a.m. and 6 p.m. Wednesday. Anyone with information can call police at 724-284-8100.Tuesday — Terrance R. Crawford, no age or address given, was charged with scattering rubbish after he allegedly dumped two truckloads of debris along a power line right-of-way off Spiker Road in Winfield Township.
Friday — Judy A. Sulkowski, 51, of Butler was charged with DUI following a traffic stop on Route 65 in Shenango Township, Lawrence County.
7:20 a.m. Friday — A vehicle driven by Georgia Lynn Bowser, 37, of Worthington, hit a deer on Route 28 in South Buffalo Township, Armstrong County. Bowser was not injured.
