EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Shannon Laray McKinney, 28, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 25 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.

Leroy Cruz, 35, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 2 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, not using low beams and driving with a suspended license.

Brandon Fehl, 18, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 19 by the Jackson Township police with simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:William Christopher Westlake, 48, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 5 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, operating a vehicle without proper inspection and failing to obey duties at a stop sign.Jason Lockwood, 27, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 19 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and following too closely.Erin M. Fassinger, 24, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 13 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to yield right.Anthony Allen Morris, 25, of Verona, Allegheny County, had his case held for court. He was charged Aug. 21 by the state police with manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, conspiracy to manfacture/deliver/possess with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics and possession of a controlled substance.Paul Jennings, 41, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 30 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, harassment, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and driving without a license.Natalie Ann Suska, 20, of Pittsburgh waived her two separate cases to court. She was charged in both cases on Aug. 21 by the state police and in each case was charged with manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, conspiracy to manfacture/deliver/possess with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communications device (telephone).Kelly Stein, 38, of Donegal, Westmoreland County, had her case held for court. She was charged Aug. 9 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Michael Robert Hartzell, 21, of New Castle, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 21 by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit access device fraud and receiving stolen property.David Michael Gratter, 39, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 16 by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit retail theft, possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Darren R. Halli, 28, of Ambridge, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 16 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Sandra Lynn August, 38, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 16 by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit retail theft, possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.George J. Kephart, Jr., 60, of Imperial, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged April 7 by the Cranberry Township police with making terroristic threats, harassment and simple assault.Dean Smith, Jr., 33, of Chicora waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 5 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, fleeing or attempting to elude officers, resisting arrest, driving with a suspended license, reckless driving and disregard of traffic lane.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases:Kevin E. McCloskey, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, driving under suspension, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving, filed Aug. 21 by state police.William G. Martinez, 58, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic line and careless driving, filed Aug. 22 by state police.Martin Scriven, 35, of Polk waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, filed May 18 by state police.Brian D. Roper, 30, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, filed May 1 by state police.Michael C. Summerill, 19, of Valencia waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, theft from a motor vehicle, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 22 by state police.Kevin S. Walker, 30, of Fenelton waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, disregarding traffic line, not using low beams and not using a seat belt, filed Sept. 7 by state police.Aaron M. Starkey, 26, of Valencia waived to court charges of driving under the influence and duties at stop sign, filed Aug. 10 by state police.Eric D. Crooks, 37, of Hilliards waived to court charges of driving under the influence, not having insurance, failure to keep right, following too closely and speeding, filed Aug. 21 by state police.William F. Snyder Jr., 31, of Kennerdell waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving, filed June 13 by state police.Susan Mcrea, 45, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lane and speeding, filed Sept. 6 by state police.Dennis P. Martsolf, 54, of Butler waived to court a charge of making terroristic threats, filed Sept. 12 by state police.
