Zane R. Clever, 34, of Kittanning waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving without a license, driving with a suspended license, driving without rear lights and not wearing a seat belt, filed July 30 by state police.
Anthony Goins 31, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance, conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance and possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 21 by the Butler County District Attorney's Drug Task Force
Ricardo O. Jackson, 31, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance, conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance and possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 21 by the Butler County District Attorney's Drug Task Force
Seth B. Jelic, 32, of Seven Fields waived to court a charge of receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 9 by state police.
Cherie S. Johnson, 43, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, a lane violation and an open container violation, filed Oct. 11 by Middlesex Township police.
Keith A. Kenyon, 32, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI, filed Sept. 27 by Penn Township police.
Dustin Lee Kriess, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, minors prohibited form driving with any alcohol in their system, underage drinking, careless driving, reckless driving, a lane violation and driving at an unsafe speed, filed Oct. 4 by state police.
Channing A. Krulicki, 47, of Springboro, Crawford County, waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and a lane violation, filed Sept. 28 by Penn Township police.
Robert G. Maute, 41, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived to court a charge of receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 9 by state police.
Stacy L. Nicholson, 34, of Butler was held for court on charges of hit-and run, failing to render aid and give information after an accident, and careless driving, filed Oct. 15 by Penn Township police.
Peter A. Salata, 37, of Valencia waived to court a charge of DUI filed Oct. 22 by Middlesex Township police.
Michael D. Spagnolo, 25, of Mars waived to court charges of DUI, filed Sept. 11 by Penn Township police.
Melissa Tracy, 25, of South Park, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 1 by Middlesex Township police. Tracy was ordered to pay $350.50 in fines and court costs.
