Cubs boxers win on Youngstown card
YOUNGSTOWN — Butler Cubs amateur boxers Isaac Gunther and Brian Mowry were victorious on a fight card in Youngstown Friday night.
Gunther (6-2) scored a unanimous decision over Bryon Colon of Youngstown in their 145-pound bout. Gunther forced two standing-8 counts.
Mowry (10-2) scored a unanimous decision over Rico Fernandez of Rochester, N.Y., in their heavyweight bout.
