Huey, Fleeger

Butler residents Christina Huey and Shane Fleeger exchanged wedding vows at 3:30 p.m. Aug. 28 at First English Lutheran Church in Butler. The Rev. James Dollhopf officiated. A reception followed at the Highfield Community Center.

The bride is the daughter of James and Maxine Huey of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Gary Sr. and Judy Fleeger of Renfrew.

The matron of honor was Lisa Vivirito of Butler. Bridesmaids were Jodi Cook of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio; Joanne Gula of Cincinnati; Brandie Fleeger of Renfrew; Carissa Huey of Butler; and Bridgette Oswald of Ambridge. The flower girl was Audrey Fleeger of Renfrew.

Serving the bridegroom as best man was Gary Fleeger Jr. of Renfrew. Ushers were Jeffrey Hilliard of Elmira, N.Y.; and Bryan Hilliard, Shawn Maley, Stephen Huey and Michael Huey, all of Butler. The ring bearer was Chase Livermore of Butler.

The bride graduated in 1992 from Butler High School, in 1995 from Butler County Community College and in 2004 from Geneva College. She is employed at Butler County Community College.

The bridegroom graduated in 1992 from BHS. He works for Robinson Industries in Zelienople.

After a southern Caribbean cruise honeymoon, the couple is making their home in Butler.
