EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Delmar Edward Silk, 48, of Butler waived his two separate cases to court. He was charged Jan. 4 by the state police with three counts each of making terroristic threats and harassment and one count of disorderly conduct. He was also charged on Jan. 16 by the Evans City police with four counts of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

Shane M. Riggs, 27, of Salineville, Ohio, had his case held to court. He was charged Nov. 20 by the Jackson Township police with manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture of deliver narcotics, possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Douglas Earl Maybee, 47, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 27 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle, recklessly endangering another person, driving with a suspended license and driving without lights to avoid identification or arrest and reckless driving.

Charles Michael Cvitkovic, 19, of Baden, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 20 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor, purchasing alcohol by a minor and disregard of traffic lane.

Karl Peter Wurdack, 30, of Coraopolis, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 13 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Shawn Robert Sarver, 23, of Conway, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 20 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to drive at safe speeds.

He had been charged Nov. 14 by the Cranberry Township police.Mitchell Edward McGrew, 18, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 7 by the Cranberry Township police with access device fraud, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.David Dixon, 48, of Sewickley, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 26, 2006, by the Cranberry Township police with indecent exposure.Robert Gross, 50, of Glenshaw, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 30, 2006, by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to stop and give information and/or render aid, failing to drive at safe speeds, careless driving and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.Christopher John Cannon, 23, of Wexford, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 14 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, following too closely and not using low beams.Katherine M.
