EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:
Delmar Edward Silk, 48, of Butler waived his two separate cases to court. He was charged Jan. 4 by the state police with three counts each of making terroristic threats and harassment and one count of disorderly conduct. He was also charged on Jan. 16 by the Evans City police with four counts of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
Shane M. Riggs, 27, of Salineville, Ohio, had his case held to court. He was charged Nov. 20 by the Jackson Township police with manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture of deliver narcotics, possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
Douglas Earl Maybee, 47, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 27 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle, recklessly endangering another person, driving with a suspended license and driving without lights to avoid identification or arrest and reckless driving.
Charles Michael Cvitkovic, 19, of Baden, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 20 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor, purchasing alcohol by a minor and disregard of traffic lane.
Karl Peter Wurdack, 30, of Coraopolis, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 13 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.
Shawn Robert Sarver, 23, of Conway, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 20 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to drive at safe speeds.
CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Brian Druschel, 25, of Cranberry Township pleaded guilty to use/possession of drug paraphernalia. He had been charged Nov. 14 by the Cranberry Township police.Mitchell Edward McGrew, 18, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 7 by the Cranberry Township police with access device fraud, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.David Dixon, 48, of Sewickley, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 26, 2006, by the Cranberry Township police with indecent exposure.Robert Gross, 50, of Glenshaw, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 30, 2006, by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to stop and give information and/or render aid, failing to drive at safe speeds, careless driving and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.Christopher John Cannon, 23, of Wexford, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 14 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, following too closely and not using low beams.Katherine M. Gutowdki, 22, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 14 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and disregard of traffic lane.Jeffery L. Bennett, 34, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 14 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to drive at safe speeds.Brian Joseph Shelley, 26, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 8 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to drive at safe speeds and accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property.Geoffrey F. Robb, 56, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 7 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, fleeing or attempting to elude officers, careless driving, disregard of traffic lane, failing to obey turning movements and required signals and failing to yield to an emergency vehicle.Trevor Allen Hart, 25, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 14 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and driving with no rear lights.James M. Cave, 43, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 11, 2006, by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Edwin Thomas Hardon, 25, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 1 by the Cranberry Township police with harassment, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, criminal mischief and simple assault.James Richard Blair III, 28, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 14 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to keep right.Brian Matthew Pastoria, 24, of Freeport waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 7 by the Cranberry Township police with attempted theft by unlawful taking, criminal solicitation, conspiracy to commit burglary, possession of an instrument of crime, three counts of burglary, criminal mischief and loitering and prowling at night time.Christopher J. Shotter, 35, of Monaca, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 14 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, depositing waste on highway and disregard of traffic lane.Lisa Marie Hardon, 27, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 1 by the Cranberry Township police with simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.Sherry Weber-Rossi, 41, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 6 by the Cranberry Township police with writing bad checks, theft by deception and receiving stolen property.Kyle Darville, 22, of Cranberry Township had his case held to court. He was charged Oct. 18, 2006, by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with no rear lights.
