CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Mary Monica Wilson-Klein, 56, of Sewickley, Allegheny County, waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 4 by the Cranberry Township police with two counts of retail theft and one count each of receiving stolen property and unsworn falsification to law enforcement officers.

Thomas Lumley, 25, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 21, 2005, by the Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Sarah E. Cratsley, 38, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 9 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and disregard of traffic lane.

William R. Smith, 25, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 11 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, give false information to law enforcement officers and disregard of traffic lane.

Robert Keith Bhame, 38, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 11 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and disregard of traffic lane.

Stephanie L. Smith, 25, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 11 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft.

Carmen M. Namie Jr., 19, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 17 by the Cranberry Township police with burglary, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit burglary.

Jason Michael Brantley, 23, of Fombell, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 9 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, disregard of traffic lane, failing to obey turning movements and required signals and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jonathan Ashley Young, 38, of Houston, Texas, waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 9 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and failing to drive at safe speeds.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Brian Lloyd Cooley, Jr., 37, of Portersville waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 24 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of a traffic control device.Jose Manuel Roque-Zalapa, 32, of Renfrew waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 12 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without a license, operating with insurance, failure to keep right and speeding.Randy Salvatora, 23, of Grafton, Ohio, waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 24 by the Jackson Township police with selling/furnishing alcohol to minors and failing to obey duties at a stop sign.Matt Pasky, 49, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 24 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle without a proper inspection and driving a vehicle with a suspended registration.Scott Kevin Caputy, 22, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 15 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Claudia Ann Nicholas, 46, of Valencia waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 16 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle without proper insurance and driving with no headlights.David Thomas Dezzutti, 41, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 9 by the Adams Township police with simple assault and harassment.Edward Louis Weisensee III, 33, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 28 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and driving with no rear lights.Elizabeth Anne Togni, 39, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged Nov. 12 by the Zelienople police with simple assault and two counts of resisting arrest, three counts of disorderly conduct, harassment and criminal mischief.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Carolyn Castellano, 36, of Butler waived to court charges of theft from a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 2 by Butler Township police.Paul Galster, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of theft, conspiracy and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 29 by Butler Township police.Craig Green, 23, of Herman waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, a lane violation, and not wearing a seat belt, filed Oct. 11 by state police.Mark Lawrence, 21, of Youngstown, Ohio, waived to court charges of DUI and driving without adequate lighting, filed Oct. 10 by Butler Township police.Joelle Lees, 23, of Fenelton pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 5 by Butler Township police. She was ordered to pay $730 in fines and court costs.Matthew Maley, 23, of Karns City pleaded guilty to a charge of receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 5 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $462 in fines and court cots.Amber Mallery, 23, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 16 by Butler Township police. She was ordered to pay $438.50 in fines and court costs.Amanda Saeler, 25, of Freeport waived to court charges of access device fraud, identity theft, theft by deception, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 19 by Butler Township police.Luke Scott, 27, of Cranberry Township pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving without a license and without insurance, filed Oct. 10 by state police.Shirley Ann Zukowski, 54, of Freeport waived to court a charge of DUI, filed Sept. 25 by Butler Township police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Barbara Blatt, 53, of Butler waived to court a charge of driving under the influence, filed Oct. 10.William Bowser, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving too fast for conditions and no wearing a seat belt, filed Sept. 28.Christina Lynn Brown, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance, filed Oct. 26.Johnny Mack Brown Jr., 25, of Butler waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, conspiracy to manufacture a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed June 8.Wayne Graham III, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, simple assault and harassment, filed Nov. 12.Robert Henry, 38, of Chicora waived to court charges of fleeing or attempting to elude police, false reports and false identification to law enforcement authorities, driving without a valid license and driving with a suspended license.Also, driving an unregistered and uninspected vehicle with an illegal license plate, running a stop sign, careless driving, reckless driving, abandoning a vehicle on the road, and possession of drug paraphernalia. All charges were filed Nov. 13.Jesse Hynes, 26, of Greensburg, Westmoreland County was held for court on charges of burglary, trespass and criminal mischief, filed Sept. 25.Bradley Kradel, 23, of Chicora waived to court charges of reckless endangerment, simple assault and harassment, filed Sept. 6.David Lettau, 47, of Karns City was held for court on charges of forgery, theft by deception and receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 31.Mary Mancione, 41, of Sarver waived to court two counts of theft by unlawful taking and charges of forgery, conspiracy, access device fraud and theft by deception, filed Aug. 30.Charles Williams, 46, of Butler waived to court two counts each of DUI, driving with a suspended license, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and reckless, stemming from separate car crashes last year. The charges were filed March 23 and July 13, 2005.
