Butler Police5:30 p.m. Friday — Brandon Fairtrace, 18, of New Castle was charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police investigating a report of drug dealing allegedly discovered Fairtrace with six bags of marijuana and a digital scale at a residence on West New Castle Street.
