4:13 a.m. Monday — Jennard Witherspoon, 37, of Templeton, Armstrong County, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on New Castle Road. Police said Witherspoon also was cited for driving with a suspended license.3:06 p.m. Saturday — Vehicles driven by Beth Ann Wolensky, 25, and Dennis Lee Crouse, 54, both of Butler, collided at Whitestown Road and Acre Avenue. Police said Wolensky was cited for a stop sign violation.

3 p.m. Tuesday — Cars driven by Raquel L. McNany, 22, of Chicora and Christian B. Garing, 30, of Butler collided on Game Reserve Road in Clearfield Township. Police said McNany was cited for a stop sign violation.Monday — Fifteen dollars in coins was stolen between 8 and 10 a.m. in a burglary at a home in the 300 block of Halston Road in Clay Township.Tuesday — Police reported they continue to investigate a theft of unspecified property between Oct. 3 and 24 at a North Main Street home in Center Township.Monday — Someone stole jewelry, about $160, a Kodak digital camera and a Sony PlayStation after breaking into a Moore Road home in West Liberty. The burglary happened between 8 and 11 a.m.Monday — Daryn J. Ray, 37, of Butler is accused of stealing a Nintendo DS Lite video game system between May 1 and Nov. 9 from an Old Brick Road home in Washington Township. Police said Ray later sold the property. He is charged with theft and receiving stolen property.Monday — An unidentified vehicle struck a stop sign at routes 19 and 488 West in Portersville. The unknown driver did not stop after the crash between 11 and 11:47 a.m.2:36 a.m. Sunday — Patrick Hile, 27, of Karns City was arrested for driving under the influence after he as found sleeping in his vehicle in the Riverside Market parking lot on Route 268 in Petrolia.1:25 p.m. Sunday — An unknown burglar stole prescription medication from an Angelspur Lane home in Brady Township.1:05 a.m. Saturday — Erika Lynn Seezox, 18, of Butler was arrested for DUI at routes 173 and 8 in Brady Township. Police also cited Seezox for underage drinking, minors prohibited from driving with alcohol in their system and a lane violation.Nov. 9 — Michael L. Frederick, 44, of Evans City was arrested for allegedly assaulting 43-year-old Wendy Frederick during a domestic dispute at a Margaret Avenue home in Forward Township. Michael Frederick was arraigned on charges of simple assault and harassment, and placed in the Butler County Prison on $3,000 bail.

9:35 a.m. Tuesday — Ellen Musser, no age given, of Indiana, Pa., was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 28 in South Buffalo Township.4:48 p.m. Monday — Matthew Franklin Faulkner, 37, of Kittanning was arrested for allegedly assaulting 33-year-old Jennifer Faulkner of Kittanning during a domestic dispute at a Church Road home in North Buffalo Township. Matthew Faulkner was arraigned on charges of simple assault and harassment, and placed in the Armstrong County Jail on $1,000 bail.

3:22 p.m. Tuesday — Cars driven by Timothy J. Edwards and Scott A. Coss, 24, both of Grove City, collided on Route 208 in Pine Township. Police said Edwards was cited for a stop sign violation.12:15 p.m. Tuesday — An employee is accused of tampering with time cards at a Springfield Township store to defer funds for his personal use. The employee, who police did not identify, works at The Fudge Shop.Tuesday — A handgun and other unspecified items were stolen between 9:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. in a burglary at a Springfield Church Road home in Pine Township.11:03 a.m. Nov. 9 — Luke John Gauthier, 23, of Montandon, Northumberland County, was arrested for driving under the influence at the Grove City Medical Center in Pine Township. Gauthier also is charged with child endangerment and disorderly conduct. He was arraigned on charges and placed in the Mercer County Jail on $25,000 bail.2:10 a.m. Nov. 5 — Charles Francis Simon, 19, of Grove City is accused of stealing DVDs from Wal-Mart on Route 58 in Pine Township. Simon faces a charge of retail theft.
