3:03 a.m. Sunday — William Schiebel, 42, of Butler was arrested for driving under the influence on Weir Avenue. Police also cited Schiebel for not using turn signals.9:26 p.m. Saturday — Gregory Prokopchak, 29, of Butler was arrested for DUI at a convenience store parking lot on North Main Street. Police also charged Prokopchak with driving with a suspended license-DUI related and parking in a handicapped space.4 p.m. Saturday — William Ross, 31, of Duquesne, Allegheny County, was arrested on charges he shoplifted merchandise at the Puff 'n Stuff and Dollar General stores in the Greater Butler Mart on Route 8 South. Ross is charged with two felony counts of retail theft.3:23 a.m. Saturday — Robert Freeman Jr., 37, of Braddock, Allegheny County, is accused of punching a woman in the face during a disturbance at the Eat 'n Park on Route 356. The woman, who police did not identify, suffered a minor injury. Police said Freeman is charged with disorderly conduct and harassment.2:26 a.m. Saturday — Aaron T. Miller, 29, of Lyndora was arrested for DUI on Peterson Street in Lyndora. Police also cited Miller for careless driving and not using turn signals.12:43 a.m. Saturday — A pickup truck driven by Cody Hodak, 19, of Butler struck an embankment and rolled over on Old Plank Road. Hodak was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital with minor injuries. He told police the accident happened when he swerved his pickup to avoid a deer on the road.1:46 p.m. Feb. 9 — Mary Beth Scialabba, 28, of New Brighton, Beaver County, was arrested for driving under the influence of a controlled substance after a minor accident at the Greater Butler Mart. Police also cited Scialabba for careless driving.

7:52 p.m. Friday — Christopher Blake, 23, of Grove City was arrested for theft after he allegedly stole a bicycle from a McConnell Street home.

Friday — Police filed drugged driving charges against Neil R. Kurowski, 32, of Butler stemming from a hit-and-run crash just before midnight Jan. 29 in Summit Township.Kurowski allegedly drove away after his pickup truck hit a guardrail on Route 422 at the Route 68 exit shortly before midnight. Butler Township police were notified and stopped the pickup a short time later.A trooper while speaking to the suspect believed he may be impaired by drugs. Kurowski was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital where blood was drawn for toxicology testing.The tests, according to court documents, showed the presence of cocaine and the anti-anxiety drug Xanax.Kurowski is charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving under the influence of a combination of drugs or alcohol, hit-and-run, improperly backing up on a highway, careless driving, failure to give information after an accident and not wearing a seat belt.

Sunday — Matthew Lee Claypoole, 37, of Worthington was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 422 at the West Kittanning exit in East Franklin Township.State Police, Mercer11:45 a.m. Monday — A sport utility vehicle driven by Chelsie R. Kerns, 22, of Grove City rear-ended a car on Route 173 near the Interstate 80 on-ramp in Wolf Creek Township. Police said Kerns, who was wearing a seat belt and suffered a minor injury, was cited for following too closely to another vehicle.
