SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty heard these cases:

Shari D. Drissler, 54, of Butler waived to court charges of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and harassment, filed March 28 by Penn Township police.

Justin N. Hite, 35, of Belle Vernon, Fayette County, waived to court charges of receiving stolen property, driving without insurance, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without valid inspection, fraudulent use of a license plate and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed April 7 by Middlesex Township police.

Joseph E. Kauer, 45, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, disregarding traffic lanes, failing to keep right and driving with an open container of alcohol, filed April 14 by state police.

Christopher R. Keller, 35, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, filed April 7 by Middlesex Township police.

Thomas E. Leith, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system, driving at an unsafe speed and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Feb. 27 by Penn Township police.

Becky A. Schroeder, 48, of Fenelton waived to court charges of DUI, making an improper stop and two counts of illegally parking a vehicle flied March 17 by state police.

Ronald J. Thompson, 57, of Export, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of fleeing or attempting to elude police, flight to avoid apprehension or prosecution, driving with a suspended license-DUI related, speeding and illegally abandoning a vehicle, filed Nov. 18 by Middlesex Township police.

David L. Umstott, 29, of Lower Burrell, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of DUI, driving an unregistered vehicle, disregarding traffic lanes and not wearing a seat belt, filed March 25 by state police.

Roger R. Wasser, 37, of Cabot waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed April 27 by state police.

Benjamin L. Whittington, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed April 10 by Penn Township police.

Dillaman, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of delivery and possession of a controlled substance, filed March 5 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.Kimberly A. Safranek, 25, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Feb. 18 by state police.Justin M. Sanderson, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving without insurance, driving without valid inspection, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed May 5 by state police.Miranda M. Snyder, 25, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving filed Feb. 20 by state police.Austin M. White, 21, of Boyers waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed March 14 by state police.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Lewis Stoughton, filling in for District Judge Tim Shaffer, heard these cases:Anthony J. Cillo, 20, of Glenshaw, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, making an improper stop and driving with an obstructed window, filed March 30 by Slippery Rock police.Thomas L. Kelly, 24, of Washington, Pa., waived to court charges of DUI, driving without insurance, careless driving and a stop sign violation, filed April 4 by Slippery Rock police.Shawn S. Lamotte, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, disregarding traffic lanes and driving with an open container of alcohol, filed Nov. 15 by state police.Melvin L. Parker, 55, of Meadville, Crawford County, waived to court charges of unlawfully attempting to buy a firearm and unsworn falsification to authorities, filed Oct. 17 by state policeBrian A. Workley, 38, of Elderton, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, driving without valid inspection and not wearing a seat belt, filed Feb. 8 by state police.
