SLIPPERY ROCK — Senior District Judge Joseph O’Donnell, filling in for District Judge Tim Shaffer, recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Donald M. Cover, 56, of Monongahela, Washington County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, harassment and careless driving, filed May 18.

Jordan M. Gentsy, 24, of New Castle waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Sept. 8.

Jodee E. Hazlet, 37, of Petrolia waived to court charges of DUI, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, a stop sign violation, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed March 27.

Mark A. Musser, 35, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 10. Musser was ordered to pay $471.50 in fines and court costs.
